My Tasteful Ventures DBA Her Support System and or In Demand VA ("we," "us," or "our") values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you interact with our website and services.
Scope of Services
a. Digital Products:
Upon purchase, Clients will receive access to the digital product(s) within 24 hours via the email provided at checkout.
Clients are granted a single, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for personal and business use of the product(s). Sharing product materials with third parties is strictly prohibited.
b. Retainer Services:
Retainer services include operations management, system optimization, team and project management, SOP creation, and related tasks as agreed upon in the signed retainer agreement.
Retainer agreements are ongoing for a minimum term of 90 days, with automatic monthly renewals unless terminated in writing.
c. 1:1 Coaching:
Coaching services are delivered as detailed in the Client's individual agreement, including but not limited to strategy sessions, bi-weekly coaching calls, Slack/email support, and feedback/review access.
Clients are responsible for utilizing coaching sessions and resources within the specified program duration.
d. One-Off Projects:
One-off projects may include specialized services such as audits, launch support, or standalone consulting tasks.
Deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in a separate agreement for each project.
Payment Terms
a. Fees and Payment Plans:
All fees are outlined at the point of purchase or in the signed agreement.
Payment must be made via the specified payment method and schedule. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services.
b. Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of digital products, coaching, and services, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Disputing a payment with your financial institution is considered a breach of this Agreement.
c. Late Payments:
Late payments for retainer services or coaching are subject to a late fee of $100 per day after the third day past due.
Non-payment beyond 21 days may result in termination of services and additional fees for account reinstatement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely and accurate information, communication, and materials needed to deliver services effectively.
Communication delays exceeding seven days may incur a $100 per week holding fee. Delays exceeding 21 days may result in suspension of services and additional restart fees.
Clients agree not to use purchased products or services for unlawful purposes or to infringe on any intellectual property rights.
Confidentiality and Data Security
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the term of this Agreement.
The Company will take reasonable measures to safeguard any login credentials or confidential materials shared by the Client.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided by the Company, including digital products and deliverables, remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Clients are granted a limited license to use the materials for their business purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or share them without explicit permission.
Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.
The Client assumes full responsibility for their actions and outcomes resulting from the use of the Company’s products or services.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or technical failures.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under this Agreement will first be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

By purchasing a digital product, engaging in a retainer, booking a 1:1 coaching session, or initiating a one-off project, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.
